Stuart has done a great job. He was easy to keep in touch with and was able to fit the work around our hectic schedule. The finished paintwork looks brilliant, was completed swiftly and with the minimum of mess. Stuart responded quickly when we spotted a minor issue and was back to sort it out within a few days - very reliable. Terrible: Floor level 20mm too high on upstairs extension Screed floor of incorrect composition, relaid twice, still wrong. Roof plate too high Damp in new dining room Leaking shower enclosure Cheap plasterboard used in shower and not board quoted for Plastering up to 35mm out when spirit level put against wall Wrong gutters used Reveals not square Poor quality brickwork French doors poorly fitted Untidy The list is endless and has resulted in contract termination and a new builder doing the job properly.
