Terrible: Floor level 20mm too high on upstairs extension Screed floor of incorrect composition, relaid twice, still wrong. Roof plate too high Damp in new dining room Leaking shower enclosure Cheap plasterboard used in shower and not board quoted for Plastering up to 35mm out when spirit level put against wall Wrong gutters used Reveals not square Poor quality brickwork French doors poorly fitted Untidy The list is endless and has resulted in contract termination and a new builder doing the job properly.

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

Arrived promptly on time both for quotation and when work started, was also happy to quote and carry out a small job for an elderly neighbour of mine. Lukas did a really fantastic job on my garden which was a complete Jungle.He and his assistant worked very hard and were extremely polite and courteous. He went out of his way to help me with my garden and even collected the wood-chip from the store for me. Highly recommend these 2 trustworthy, hard-working, polite guys. Definitely use again.

Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear
