The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

I was at a very early stage of planning the work and arranging budget. QB Builders called round and were very helpful in letting me know about building regulation requirements and potential cost. Work not yet begun. Still planning

Kai contacted me concerning the reassembling of an Ikea flat pack wardrobe, gave me a fair quote on the job, rescheduled diary so he could complete the job within 48 hours, arrived promptly at the agreed time and completed the job within the time frame we agreed. John Geddes has visited me on several occasions and spent many hours getting my garden back under control.
