He and his colleague came at the agreed time, assessed the jobs and negotiated a reasonable price for the list of small jobs I had. The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than expected and the poor man had to venture into my scarey attic. He completed that task without complaint and was a pleasure to work with. I love my clothes pulley. It is fantastic.
I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.
