Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. The job threw up some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen and they were handled professionally by the team. Monument Castle knocked a loading wall down for me so we could have a large open kitchen, dining and living room. They insulated the ceiling, moved some electrics and did some plumbing for us (moved 2 radiators). They did a really good job for us and have some great tradesmen working for them. Would recommend.

Silvio and Vacili were very quick to respond after job post, quote and begin our bathroom refurbishment from an initial shower room to new bathroom refurb which involved replacing shower cubicle with a family bath instead. Friendly and hardworking guys, checking in on our preferences for the installation along the way. Toilet relocation needed tricky plumbing but they were confident and got the job done. Addressed a leak we had promptly as well, always punctual, tidy and getting on with the work at hand!
