Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get 'tony' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. These included being busy with other jobs, a way crash, not having declared points on his licence, to falling asleep! He gave compensation.

All aspects of building, plumbing, tiling, plastering and all electrical work within the bathroom is exactly what i do. All electrics are done by a qualified reliable and honest tradesman everything else is done by myself. All bathrooms are stripped back to brick or timber and built up to a high standard and finish. Full Wet-rooms, wall hung toilets/basin units, low and high level toilets, baths, showers, steam rooms, tiling, wall boarding, LED lit niches, extraction, underfloor heating and more. Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.
