The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

They had a new boiler ordered and picked up that night and came back first thing the next day to fix it. Honest, friendly and had my new boiler fitted within a few hours. They found solutions to tricky issues they found due to the build of my flat. They went above & beyond.

Poor contact, I was doing all the chasing. Flooring cut short in places, new shower fitted leaking. Jack advised date to fit bath panel and towel rail then cancelled. Has worked out very expensive because I have paid for a heated towel rail and bath panel that has not been supplied or fitted. When job was agreed in June, Jack said he was fully booked for 2 weeks, now August and no sign of completion and no contact from him. Would I recommend Bathly Plumbers? NEVER
