Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.

To cut a long story short as I can't fit it in, he came around 9.20am, had a cup of tea, chatted then left at 10.10am to get materials and another tool. He eventually arrived back at 2.30pm, I said we thought he wasn't coming back he lost the plot. He was very unprofessional and verbally aggressive, telling me I was disrespectful and ungrateful and much more. My husband and my sister heard him too. Well, I'm a paying customer so you were most definitely the disrespectful and ungrateful one

Phoned me to make an appointment to come give me a quote for the job. But never showed up so not very professional never phoned to say he wasnt coming. so wont be contacting them again

Bart and his team were highly professional - the job was done to an outstanding standard, not something that I have experienced with more local tradesmen! Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.
