Speedy response. Get boiler replaced in 24 hours after quotation - faster than some paid emergency repair after a call. Professional PPE during pandemic. On time exactly as promised, with a phone call before arrival. Friendly, patient and positive when some objectives missing. Sheet covers floor during work. Tidy up the work place when finishing. After leaving had I noticed that even fixed a light in the kitchen which was not requested. Invoice payment requested on completion. Good value of pricing. Eric

John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. We picked John because of positive reviews on this site and have not been dissapointed, will definately use him again

Very helpful & professional. On a job to install a shower, went that extra mile to also fit a support for the shower curtain rail for no extra charge - and the charge for the job-proper was very reasonable too. In these days when finding a decent & reliable plumber is hard, I'm definitely keeping hold of his business card.

The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.

From the outset my wife & i found Colin very approachable,& knowledgeable & will take time to explain all forms of work being carried out. As with all projects there are unforeseen snags, Colin dealt with these in his stride, & always after discussing his proposals We found him very punctual & tidy, his standard of workman ship & finish is beyond question.I would strongly recommend Colin to anyone,& i will definitely keep his number for any works i may have in the future. Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.

Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.

He changed our fuse box £750 one wire was not connected he told us to phone him when we found out which socket it belong to we found the socket but dosnt answer calls or text think he blocked us would not advice hiring or if you do make sure all is done before paying
