This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

My elderly mother had an issue with water leaking from the bathroom. Photos uploaded, Werner got in touch, was very communicative throughout and we agreed a time for this to be fixed. Werner provided a very reasonable quote and turned up promptly on time to fix the issue. Very efficient, friendly and simply got on with the task at hand. Came over to fix boiler. Managed to get heating working but said it could go down again in a few days if the heat plate exchanger was not changed. He quoted £350 for the part. Other plumbers said it would be £60!! So that would have been a rip off Also received no invoice which was also promised
Mark finished our en suite in just over a week. His work was of such a high standard, he was on time every day and nothing was too much trouble. he also has a great team of electricians / plasterers that work with him. Mark is friendly, respectful has a great sense of humour and he is also very trustworthy. For any women who live on their own and want a reliable plumber who won't pull the wool over their eyes I would definately recommend Mark. Hopefully mark will be coming back in the new year to fit a bathroom. I would not trust anyone else now! A great find.
