Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

Silvio and team did a fantastic job installing my new kitchen. From helping with the design, to recommending more efficient plumbing work to make everything fit properly, the process was seamless from start to finish. Tony did some carpentry, assembled flat-pack furniture and redecorated a room for me within the agreed time and budget. He was pro-active in coming up with solutions, pleasant to work with and reliable. Would definitely work with him again. Thank you Tony.

I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used. Patrick was always reliable and turned up on time every day. His quality of work and expertise were excellent, as was that of his team. Although the job required major renovation, the work was carried out in a clean and efficient manner with minimal disruption to ourselves. Very flexible and the renovation work was finsihed on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick at Element Home Improvements to anyone considering renovations to their home.

Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.
