Excellent service from Aiden. Highly recommend. He spoke to me before the job, asked me to send him some photos, and talked me through the process before I accepted his offer. What stood for me was his communication over the phone and his fast response to queries over messages. His price was competitive and the job was completed to a very high standard. I'm pleased with the plastering services carried out by James and Nathan. Despite delays on our part, they were patient and even carried out some extra prep work for a reasonable fee. They work well as a team and the finish is very good, so much so, that at the end i asked them back for further work which was carried out both quickly and in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I'd certainly recommend them to others seeking the services of professional plasterers.

Robin arranged a time and date and came when arranged - also texting in advance to let me know he was on his way. Diagnosed the problem and explained what the issue was and provided a temporary fix prior to providing a quote for a permanent fix.

Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!

I wish all our tradesmen could be as good as Jo - he's an absolute star! Jo was punctual, kept in contact as we were trying to co-ordinate various tradesmen, flexible, reasonable and very very good at his job. It was a pleasure having him working at the house and would (and have) recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, tidy and diligent plumber. Thanks for the great work!

Ivan listens to the problem and makes suggestions based on his experience and not on other's recommendations. He is open to discussion and happy to adjust his initial plans, while doing the job, as he discovered the problem which saved on me doing a very expensive but unnecessary extra re-building work to fix my shower room. No frills but honest.

John replied to my listing and came out the same day to give me a quote. He was professional, knowledgeable and was confident discussing all aspects of the job required. He was able to work out the quote quickly which I was really happy with as it was competitive. He was able to fit me at a suitable day and as agreed turned up on time. His work was excellent, and completed to a high standard. Very happy with the job, price and John was a nice trustworthy guy. I will be using him again without hesitation.

T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.
