George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. Overall the work done was great but a few minor things left me with a bad feeling about the overall job. Having to chase up things like light fittings being put back upside down, internal fan not being refitted, the wrong light switch being changed and a broken floor tile. Although these were addressed and corrected the floor tile was never fixed. Although I sent a number of messages these were eventually ignored in the end, as I had already paid for the work. Disappointing!
