Richard and John from Thames Ditton Tree Champions arrived 10 minutes early to get set up, were professional, very polite, and completed the job on time. They also exceeded expectations in the scope of the work carried out. I considered giving a 4-star rating as there were some minor and finer points that a more expensive landscaping company may have taken care of; however, these guys did an excellent job for the price paid, and were really nice to deal with. So, I think the 5-star review is well deserved.

Ignored our emails and messages and bl0cked our telephone calls.

After meeting Johnny I got him to quote for a much bigger job, comprising of a huge area of paving with a big concrete base for a garden house as well as the driveway extension, laying of cabling and adding a soak away and drainage. I was apprehensive due to the size of the job & the expenditure involved but I chose J Ward over others that have done work for me before. I couldn’t be more pleased with how things turned out, the work ethic of the team was unreal. Johnny is a true professional.

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.
