MWE Builders removed our old garage, re built a new larger block construction garage, and we are very pleased with all of the work completed. Throughout the build we were kept informed of every stage, Matt was on site every day, even through some horrible wet weather. very reliable, quick to start and completed a very good job. He came to view the garden and started the next night. Took him under an hour and finished leaving a tidy garden. Very pleased with the price as well, cheaper than what I was expecting.

Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. I will use again and would recommend S G Maintenance. Great Job. Thanks.

Chris contacted as quickly and came the same day to visit for a quote and to give advice on the projects we were proposing. Both the advice and the work were excellent. The job was finished when expected - there was a delay with a part but this was due to a third party - Chris managed the ordering and chasing of this and returned to finish the last section of the job promptly.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

Mark was very prompt on replying to the ad, and always updated me on what was happening and how long it would take. He is very competitively priced, a good worker his work is excellent, I would happily recommend him and use him again
