Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. If you don’t see a photo of a job your asking for, feel free to contact me and I’m sure I will be able to show you examples of my work in that area. Friendly team of lads aging between 18 and 66! Kevin and his team did a great job from start to finish. I am very happy with their service. They exactly did that job what they quoted for. Furthermore, they were able to complete some extra repointing free of charge. I would definitely recommend them. I have now asked them to quote for a porch.

Sebastian did a excellent job could not pick one fault with it, was always on time and kept us upto date with cost of everything, finished the bathroom to a professional quality, would have thought he was doing his own bathroom everything had to be done to perfection. I am a fully qualified NVQ, Level 2 & 3, CITY & Guilds plasterer specialising in solid wet application plasters, and Drywall. I have 40 years experience in the plastering construction trade. Examples of the projects I have worked on in the United kingdom are the Plastering restorations on the Duke, and Duchess of Devonshire Estate, Bolton Abbey, and the Royal Armouries museum In Leeds, West Yorkshire. Further experience, and knowledge of the plastering trade gained from my journeyman working history in Canada, and Australia, working on various multi million pound plastering projects in Canada, and Australia.

A fantasic experience all round. Andy responded, spoke courteously on the phone and provided an estimate, popped in to 'survey' my spec, gave valuable advice and confirmed his quote inside 3 hours. Andy realigned his diary and next day was at my house, right on cue. My water damaged ceiling, complete with hole, is now a thing of the past. Excellent workmanship and an excellent result. Oh, and a thoroughly nice chap! I'll certainly use Andy again and would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

You know how builders start a job and then mysteriously disappear for days on end without warning? And then leave the last few jobs unfinished while they go off and start something else? James doesn't do any of this. At all. He's a builder for the 21st century. He sends pics and updates via social media and sorts out problems when he's not around. He made a very nice job of our extension and I'd highly recommend him. John.
