In total 4 ridge tiles were broken, old tiles kept to show us the fault. New tiles in place and look very good. Extra work requested on the conservatory to fix leaks, still waiting to see if this has worked, but feel confident. A very good job done in the required time.

Excellent work, it was a large project but they handled it perfectly. I now have a beautiful conservatory which is ready for decorating and furnishing. Couldn't be happier with the result. There is not one word to sum up Liam, there are several; hard working, conscientious, attention to detail, changes dealt with easily and above all the finished work is Quality. Don't be fooled by his age his work is top class. After being let down twice by a supposed reputable plasterer who advertises in the local paper, I published the AD on here and Liam responded and I couldn't have asked for better. Barry and his brother-in-law Rob worked very hard paving my drive and did a first rate job. They are both friendly, courteous and trustworthy. They started on time, didn't cut any corners and the materials they used were better quality than I had anticipated. The final cost was actually cheaper than quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be inviting them to quote for any future building work that I need doing. (PS. calling himself a "handyman" undervalues his expertise).

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
