Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

However he promised me he can do plastering professional besides being delayed with a week what should I say he did a Terrible plastering job minus 1 rating for this I basically need to redo the plastering would only recommend him for external jobs

Excellent construction and gardening company. The whole team had exceptional multiple skills and worked fast. The trees were expertly pruned and shaped, the undergrowth cleared and waste removed, paving and fences were power washed, a new bench/box set up, new flowers planted and finally an electrician fitted new outdoor plugs and a light. Everything was completed and cleaned up within 48 hours. A brilliant job and we will commission further work - fully recommended without reservation.

After a very bad experience with the original company that dealt with our roof we were pleasantly surprised to find a company that turned up as promised. After inspecting our roof, they explained what needed to be done and we are extremely satisfied with the way our problem has been dealt with. This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. They provided all receipts and told me of any additional costs of stuff that was needed to complete the work. Iva's dad and another worker arrived on time everyday. 5
