I would recommend Andy. He spent time evaluating the job required with a view to looking at less costly but effective options. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. I am very pleased that this was achieved, Richard and Howard (the builders) were both professional and well mannered, they started on time and during the heavy rain kept on working to finish the job.
