What a fantastic job Jack and the team did! As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Communication was positive throughout the job and the sharing of design ideas and their experience was essential to achieve the results we wanted. Would highly recommend and use their services again in the future.

Chris and his crew were wonderful. The 2 men who did the bulk of the work were hardworking and cleaned up after themselves really well. The job was done to a high standard and started and finished on time. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible

Great bricky. But left a mess after he finished. Customer complained massively. But would recommend.
