The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

This guy disappears on you - goes completely off-line for months. He removed parts from a functioning shower mixer with the promise to return with a new cartridge, and has disappeared. We now need to replace the cartridge at an additional cost of +£200. Over a month with no response to calls, messages. Maybe this might prompt as reply - but I doubt it.

Sorry for the late review, Szergej! The original job was just fitting skirting, trimming doors, and matching architrave on a new frame. Szergej was efficient and turned up on time to quote. I also asked about fitting IKEA cabinets into alcoves to look built-in—he gave me a price that evening and came back two days later to fit them. He did a great job. Really pleased with the finish. I’d definitely recommend!

They could not do the job because the electric hot water tank they install is a standard size. I need a emersion water tank that is no more than 450mm in diameter. But they were very polite and got back to me and were honest about why they could not do the job.
