He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Misleading prices. Quoted £62.50 for half an hour, BUT wasn't clearly explained min. Charge for £150. Won't be using rated people or these plumbers again. Poor customer practice.

Jason came to assess the job, gave me a quotation which I accepted and he came with his brother two days later and completed the job within the day.He also replaced a couple of tiles which we could see had slipped on the roof. Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get 'tony' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. These included being busy with other jobs, a way crash, not having declared points on his licence, to falling asleep! He gave compensation.
