We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

We do not use any chemicals or treatment to clean the solar panels and our specialist equipment protects the ARC on the face of the solar panels. Using the wrong equipment could be detrimental to your solar panels. We only use the highest standard of materials for Solar Bird Protection and the correct equipment for carrying out Solar Panel Cleans. Hence why pest control experts stuff chicken wire under the Solar Panels & window cleaners get poor results when they attempt to clean the Solar Panels from the ground with a soft bristle brush. I can highly recommend this company. Matt came to give a quote - he was personable and obviously very experienced in plumbing and all its problems. Options were offered to rectify the various problems in the bathroom and associated plumbing. The works needed were done in two days within two weeks and they left the site clean and tidy. After numerous attempts and messages to Sam asking for assurance the issues I identified were fine, I have no faith at all in my new roof which cost £7000 will last even a year. I realise I am not a roofer but gutters left with rubble from tiles removed, gaps and loose wood, loose wires in solar panels is very unprofessional, some issues resolved but not all so I ask for rated homes to ensure this company is held to account. No evidence of bird guards being installed despite asking 10 times., told to stop
