Great service, and communication all along the way. Extremely professional, but still made sure he was doing what I wanted and not would be easier for him, consulting me at each decision. Kevin came with his apprentice,, and made sure that he was teaching Robbie both the technical skills but also the soft skills that will see him well in the future. Left the house cleaner than when it was came in! It may seem a small thing but I always have more trust in a tradesman who turns up in a sign written van.

I cannot praise him and alistairs work highly enough from keeping me informed as to what he was doing to the finished job which was absolutely spot on. This was first time on rated so I was obviously a bit dubious but these guys laid all that to rest. My neighbour was that impressed that he is painting her house next week. Adam was polite, professional and friendly both on the telephone and in person. He scheduled a visit within two days and turned up exactly on time. He took the time to explain the options clearly and in full. He fixed the fault completely. Adam was respectful of the property, including tidying up afterwards. My impression is that Adam is totally honest and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to use his services again when the need arises, and indeed will recommend him to family and friends.
