Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

They did a site check, answered questions and arrived when they said they would. The job was well done (the bath looks much better than it did prior to sorting the new filler). A re-routing of a boiler condensate drain works well. And full clean up and a 1 year warranty. I would ask them to bid for future work.

Please do not use these people. Highly over charged for parts, which turned out to be completely unsuitable. They agreed to refund but I have now been waiting 2 weeks and no refund in sight. Wouldn't even give one star, but it doesn't give me the choice.
