I hired Tomasz to renovation my shower room. He removed old fittings, ran new plumbing and tiled the wall. However, he scratched my new unit, put paint on my bare wood door frame, put the shower up squint, fitted tile trim with silicon, left holes in the wall, built a pipe box too big, covered it with ugly correx, lost screws to fasten the towel rail to the wall so it's loose, and left it leaking, and installed tray in wrong place in shower. I had to undo much of his work and finish the job myself. :-(

Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. These guys were very quick to respond to the ad, and were able to come to have a look-see and do the job rapidly as well. They needed to come back the next day with a longer ladder, but on arrival it was 20 mins to get the ladders in, get up onto the roof, do the 10 minute job, clear up, get paid (card machine) and leave. With some chatting with me in between too. Very pleasant guys indeed. They came from Glasgow to Stirling to do what they knew would most likely be a 10 minute job. Very professional indeed
