Simon came with sort notice to fix a plumbing issue unresolved by another plumber. He diagnosed the problem and came back to fix the part required. The price is very reasonable, he was on time, polite and is not on our phone contacts as our newreliable local plumber in Windermere. Jill

Very competitive quote, they turned up on the agreed date and worked hard to complete the job in the estimated time. Very pleased with the work, the bedrooms are transformed. The guys went the extra mile, sourcing the paint on the day due to a slight miscommunication, and even fitted in doing an additional repair. Very happy to recommend these guys. Ash came round to quote the same day and gave a very good price. He gave me different options that i could have put down. He did the job the next day within a few hours. Very Friendly and helpful and I would definitely use him again if i needed any more floors levelling in the future.

Super friendly guy and from what I can tell a competent electrician. Had cash flow problems which unfortunately created a few issues for my bigger job (this was a year ago and I believe due to temporary circumstances at the time). Would certainly recommend for smaller jobs

Tom did a great job, helped us make some good decisions on design and came up with the sketches for our job as well. Top notch to deal with, accurate information all the time and very reliable. Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

If this is James Gavin from Gavin Ground works then please think 1000 times before falling for cheap quote. James Gavin is absolutely careless and bully person. This space is not enough to write the issues we had. His father is nice otherwise we could sue him and his disrespect and threatening behaviour. If this is not Mr. J Gavin then ignore the review!
