Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! I would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending Prestige Construction to friends and family.

Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

I can highly recommend Steve of Henshall Housing. I required a complete bathroom and additional shower room refurbishment. All work was carried out to a high standard. I found Steve to be patient and precise. I was not an easy costumer! I had my own ideas on how I wanted these rooms to look. Steve gave good advice and helped to achieve the look I wanted. I also loved the fact that they were clean and tidy workers which made a big difference on the stress levels whilst the work was carried out.

Very smooth, professional job from start to finish. Everything done when agreed between myself and the builder. Job finished more than a day ahead of schedule. Everyday we came into the house there was very little disruption and the job site kept clean. When the job was finished the room was left extremely clean and practically dust free. Would not hesitate to use again.

Seemed good at the time, but all the paint started to peel off in the bedroom and all over the living room ceiling. First signs 1 year in and now in 2021 we’re having to pay to have it all done again.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. David was given a very tough spec from myself as the quality of finish was paramount and he has nailed it! He is very considerate, listens carefully and has been professional in every aspect. David has now restored my faith in using contractors again -he and his team are definitely right up there with the best. The job: New render & coating to front of 1930's semi, hallway extended to incorporate porch, new windows + composite door, interior plastering to hall and fireplace surround, two new rads, one surplus rad removed. How: All to great quality standards, polite and skilled workers, very well managed with clear plan & timings and at competitive pricing. Solution-oriented team. Result: House has been greatly enhanced and got its kerb appeal back. Would highly recommend!

Carl did several jobs for me: 1)waste removed from the Airey. 2)re-pointed brickwork in the top corners of the Airey. 3) Fill in gaps in the outside sill of the bay window. 4) replaced the original middle piece of the grating covering the vacant middle of the Airey with a piece of tarpaulin because there is a window there for the cellar.

Andy has done a brilliant job for us. He quickly came for the quote and then started the following week. We cannot fault his work ethic, professionalism and cheeriness throughout the whole job. The walls have all been finished to an exceptionally high standard and Andy has gone above and beyond to get the job done quickly and effectively. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again!!

Aaron booked the job in and clearly advised the price. On the day he arrived a few minutes early, carried out the work quickly and efficiently. No mess left behind. Price exactly as quoted.
