Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Excellent job by Wayne. Friendly, helpful and good advice on first visit to quote, a good price. On the day Wayne resolved an unexpected issue quickly and well - 'all part of the service', much appreciated - everything completed faster than expected to an excellent standard. Wayne left the job clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Dave came and quoted me at the time he said he would. He is a nice and pleasant guy. Dave did a great job with the work I needed doing. He also did more than I originally requested. Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

As promised arrived exactly on time, job done to a very high standard. Matt covered all flooring, the job was completed in the time Matt originally gave us, he made a great job of cleaning up after Matt had finished plastering my ceiling and taking away the old ceiling. Matthew Youle arrived at the house when he said he would, did an excellent job regrouting my kitchen and is an extremely personable young man. I did say that I wished I could afford to have the kitchen retiled but with the excellent job he has done my kitchen looks newly tiled and I am absolutely delighted with the end result.
