My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more, with the work they are receiving. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing. Brilliant Three people turned up on time and in a day and half, cleared a garden OVER 40' LONG AND TWELVE FOOT WIDE that hadn't been touched in SEVEN YEARS including two trees plus the back door area . Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!

Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.
I've been in the trade for 35 years, Our main business includes house renovations and conversions, completing jobs such as converting 3 bedroom houses into 5 bedroom houses including en suites, We also complete corporate work including office renovations. Everything is completed in house efficiently and to a high standard.

2 people turned up about 6 weeks ago I explained what was required they measured up said they send me a quote but to date nothing has been heard from them. The reason I gave 1 star was that turned up and there was way to rate no stars. I would not recommend this company to anyone very unprofessional
