John delivered an absolutely beautiful brick paver patio for me- the execution was faultless, & he worked really hard to give me exactly what I wanted, with meticulous attention to detail. Brilliant Three people turned up on time and in a day and half, cleared a garden OVER 40' LONG AND TWELVE FOOT WIDE that hadn't been touched in SEVEN YEARS including two trees plus the back door area . Worked tirelessly to complete. The company who were removing all the debris from inside the house were so impressed that they took some cards from him for future work. Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!

Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

The individual who commenced the work has taken payment but failed to complete the job and has since ceased all communication. As a result, my porchway, hallway, and landing have been left in an unacceptable and untidy condition, with the work only partially completed. This situation is causing significant distress and inconvenience.

DO NOT USE! My job was quoted at 300, booked in for a month’s time. Less than 24 hours before job day, they called to say they made a mistake and will now charge 500!! I had taken time off work and travelled to a different city to oversee this job.Despite them admitting multiple times it was their fault, they continued to quote 500.They had three weeks to tell me the new quote but they were unorganised and ‘didn’t realise until now’.Huge waste of time and no sense of responsibility for their own mistake!
