Brian & Shaun did a excellent job in our bathroom, Very friendly professional & helpful from start to finish on the refurbishment of our bathroom. I am so happy they advised about repositioning toilet & moving basin it looks really great now. They done a brilliant job and paid attention to all details superbly. Got old kitchen tiles removed and replaced. Hard working people, good listeners, listen to your concerns and reassure you that they will complete the job to high standards. Very happy with the job, will use them again. Did a fabulous landscaping job , removed old slabs and installed porcelain tiles, painted the exterior of garden. Cleaned everything after. Very satisfied.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

I recently had some window renovation done by Robert. And have no hesitation in giving the highest recommendation. Robert turned up on time, very polite and easy to deal with and hugely knowledgeable . He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. There are other jobs on my property and Robert is my 'go to...' Terrible job left grout all over tiles which has now dried in had to get him back the nxt day slightly better job hopefull bath is sealed. Think I should get my money back will NEVER use him again forvthis type of job.

Expensive end of reasonable pricing. Got in touch fast, turned up fast, did the job fast, good comms. Friendly enough, no complaints really. :)
