Gareth, the proprietor of GMS is a qualified wood machinist by trade and has over 25 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

Said he would come back to finish off on the Thursday snd to spray a substance to orevent anythj g geowing back. (he came on the previous Monday). Initially really pleased, but he hasn't come back (it has been 3 weeks since the injtial visit) and he has not responded to any of my messages, even though they show as having been read and now the weeds have already started to grow back, so it's going to cost more money to get someone out. Not happy.
