Dave is hard working, very reliable and very professional. He discussed any changes from my original plan he thought would improve things but never forced his ideas, always embracing compromise. I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. He completed one bathroom within a month of instructing, to a high standard and we were delighted. This gave me full confidence to let the second bathroom which again was superb

Vern was very professional and did a great job on my damp proofing work, he plastered the whole wall after the work so there wasn't a distinctive line and also replaced my skirting board with new skirting. Overall very impressed with the work and will be using HM Building again for other building work needed!

Although we did not hire this company for the internal building work we asked them to quote to put up decking and a fence in the garden. They have done an excellent job and have been a pleasure to have around. Punctual,reliable and polite and very good tradesmen. I would recommend them for similar work.
