Paul was easy to deal with and gave us a comprehensive list of materials that were adhered to. He turned up when he said he would and his estimate of time for the job was spot on. Furthermore, his price changed slightly upwards but as a result of more work that was totally in line with the other work so all good. Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.
