Dave is hard working, very reliable and very professional. He discussed any changes from my original plan he thought would improve things but never forced his ideas, always embracing compromise. My wife and I are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Dave to anyone who wants an honest builder who gives a first rate job.

I can't praise Steve highly enough. Steve replaced my old shower suite quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard, discussed every stage of the Job with me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his work.

Dave did a great job. He came to see us and recommended an alternative plan, (which was cheaper). He arranged to do the job, arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed. Tidied up. Polite and reliable. Would definitely contact again :))

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

I was extremely impressed with Pauls work. He is a friendly and professional man and takes pride in ensuring his work is as close to perfect as possible. I would highly recommend Paul and will for sure call upon him if we need any other decorating/plastering done.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. I would recommend Mike Carpenter without reservation and will be putting further work his way in the future
