In relation to what Daniel can do, this was a small job, but we were very grateful that he was happy to take it on and help us out. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation
