More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. We had Phil come and fit a microchip cat flap in a upvc kitchen door. He did an excellent job, even advising on where to position it in regards to safety. He was friendly, cleared up after himself and was very reasonably priced. We would definitely use him again for other jobs that need doing.
