I couldn’t recommend Szilard (and his team) more highly. Very high attention to detail when painting and decorating and nothing is a problem. As well as decorating Szilard has moved sockets, light fittings, fixed shower screens, re-configured wardrobes to name but a few additional jobs that have arisen along the way. He has been back a number of times now and is punctual and tidy in his work.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

Do not use this company as he fitted new guttering on my house and he did not come back to rectify the fault as it is leaking. He is making excuses and he gave me a date he would come to rectify and he did not come. AVOID and he is dishonest and not returning my calls

Ahmad and his team are incredible! Ahmad got in touch minutes after my job advert went live and I just knew he'd do a great job, but not just a great job a phenomenal job, going above and beyond to repaint by entire flat in a couple of days, starting earlier and finishing earlier than expected. I can't recommend Ahmad enough and would implore everyone to use him.
