First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Old front porch removed and a completely new porch created and installed, removal of wooden cladding from the front of house and replaced with tiles. The quote was very reasonable, Keith and his team produced a great quality porch. They were always punctual, treated my property with respect and were always open to discuss issues and changes. Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.
