Stefan is extremely professional in the way he works: he updated and consulted with me regularly at different stages of the work to ensure that I was happy with any developments; was diligent in minimising mess and noise; and left the area very clean once he was done. Great to deal with, works to find solutions and provides regular updates on progress. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !
