After speaking with several Builders, I decided to select them. They turned up smart professional listened and approach the job with professionalism. They were always open to listen and kept in touch with me daily, worked to my schedule and finished the job on time full house refurbishment outside roof walls, windows doors and patio in two weeks. After an initial very swift reply and quote that was hundreds of pounds less than others there was an initial visit followed by weeks of no contact. After chasing there was another visit and then 3 months of no replying to messages. Suspect he quoted too low but a massive waste of time.
