Ross is friendly and pleasant, but neither reliable nor professional. The work was of barely passable quality, done in a rushed manner and without much concern for the final result. He fitted the work into weekends, brought different helpers with him who painted in a haphazard manner that predictably resulted in a streaky and uneven finish, which he tried to blame on hot weather (!). Gets one star for pleasant and friendly manner.

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Kenan fitted two fire doors in my property and did a great job. He grafted all day, cleaned up after and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Kenan again and I would recommend him to others.
