Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

Tom and Sid did a great job scraping off all the peeling paint, sealing the surface then applying 2 coats of Sandtex. The only problem was the paint order Tom made got damaged by the delivery courier in transit. Took a couple of weeks before I eventually ordered the paint myself from a next day paint co, I would recommend Tom and Sid but I suggest if you want a specific paint and colour you order it yourself.

Only two companies expressed an interest in my exterior decorating job, the first being situated +/- 50 miles away which, logistically seemed less than ideal and certainly not local. The second, Haus Company, was closer to my location and was awarded the job. The team of two, Robbie and Paddy, worked hard during a torrid heatwave and completed the work in 5 days as planned. Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me.
