We will always assess the job beforehand and give a comprehensive quote so there are no nasty surprises. We had a boiler and central heating system installed, as well as the removal of an old system plus gas heaters. Very pleased with the work and quality of parts. The price seems very reasonable to me and there were no unexpected costs. Andy sometimes takes a while to respond but he’s obviously busy and his communication is very clear and everything was explained well.

Very poor work, my radiator makes so much noise and has gotten worse since installed and when I messaged Elf to rectify initially, he completely ignored me. My brother who also used him had to reconnect his again to due to the extremely poor workmanship
