Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Had to pay for a next day service which I never received. Person on phone said they are not trained to deal with that issue and would pass on the someone else but have not heard anything. Also emailed without a response.

Dan kept me informed about when he would arrive. He was very Personable and professional. Did the job efficiently and quickly, left no mess. He dismantled my gas cooker. He arranged for it to be removed. I’m very pleased the cooker will be cleaned up and sold to at a low price to someone in need. Will definitely use Dan again for any plumbing I need. Would definitely recommend. Top bloke.

Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!
