After having multiple quotations, we decided to give this job (complete bathroom refurbishment & kitchen tiling). His quotation was reasonable, and after seeing the outcome - we feel every penny is worth. We have got a quote without having enough knowledge, and proper design. But James took care of everything, he did research, he came up with design & plan - finally it's looking far better than we thought.

With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

This was a simple job, so there was not a great deal to judge them on. All I can say is that they were pleasant, arrived late, but worked quickly. The final job was perfectly satisfactory and the price was reasonable. I would use them again.

Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. We deal with insurance claims handling, reinstatement and repairs to any type of reinstatement including damage caused by escape of water, flood and fire damaged properties. We also completed works involving: Non-evasive leak detection. Insurance surveying / Schedules. Damp mapping and drying. Refurbishment and repairs to residential commercial buildings. Spent about 2hours to do the job. Checking gas supply first before cutting pipe,adding a section of pipe and gas key. Then removed old gas cooker outside and connected new cooker and chain, then explained the controls. Make sure you get a new rubber cooker connector if required. No idea if expensive or not £150. Would recommend.

Lovely people and the work was very well done and very helpful advice given -we'd have them again. The tidying up inside was also very good but outside it wasn't done properly. They came back to check work done and rectified some small issues but tidying outside could still have been better.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok
