Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Carl and the team undertook a full landscape, fencing and decking project. It wasn't a small task, with hidden tree stumps, heavily overgrown garden and uneven levels. Have just had Gary to stain a very large exterior retaining wall, which another tradesman had abandoned after doing a very poor job. I can't praise Gary highly enough for the great job he did.. He was communicative and punctual and gave me a great quote for the work, for which he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the work. He is a lovely chatty and friendly guy and I would most certainly employ him again and I recommend him to anyone who needs an experienced and quality decorator.
