Took a part to do an additional job on my dishwasher. Quoted £50 on the day. Weeks later after I had to chase. Said it would be £130. I said no. After chasing some more they agreed to send the part back so I could get the job done elsewhere and I can't find the right part without the original. They agreed to post the part back. It's been weeks and no parts have been sent back. I have sent messages and calls and I'm being ignored. Very unprofessional.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Scott was absolutely superb from his quick response to my original post through to his conscientious, careful but speedy completion of the work. He went the extra mile to ensure that things looked amazing even replacing a bit of door frame and skirting which hadn’t been part of the original ask. When he finished he cleared up and the room was left spotless. I will certainly use Scott again and would recommend him to others.
