George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.

The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.

We were really impressed with Andy's work ethic and quality of work. He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. Professional service. The installation of a new bathroom door was carried out and all mess and debris cleared after the work was finished. Another job was required and a verbal quotation was given, accepted and the work carried out to very high standards.
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
